Booking and Payment

Terms Deposit: Securing your booking typically requires an advance deposit of 30% of the
total trip amount. This advance deposit amount will be not be refunded if the client cancel
the tour booked but if incase of any unavoidable circumstances like war, natural calamities
Floods, Earthquake, some deposited amount may be refunded but condition apply.

Solo travelers may deposit on their own behalf incase of a group tour the group leader will
be responsible for collecting & transferring the amount to the company, booking will be
confirmed once the amount is received.

Final Payment: The remaining amount must be transferred to the company account prior
to the start of the tour.

Payment Methods: Travel Routes Pakistan accepts various payment methods, including
bank transfers, online payments, Westren union & cash.All the money should be paid in the
currency mentioned in the itinerary.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply, with amounts varying depending on the
timing.

Unforeseen Event : In case of unforeseen events, the company reserves the right to cancel
tours, and refunds are subject to certain conditions.

Travel Insurance Mandatory Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering
medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation is mandatory.

Tour Itinerary Modifications : Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate itinerary
modifications. Change of itinerary by the client may be charged additionally depends on
the route changed or distance more than the other destinations mentioned.

Additional Costs: Travelers are responsible for any additional costs arising from itinerary
changes or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability and Risk

Risk Acceptance: Participation in adventure tours involves inherent risks, and travellers
assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being

Liability Waiver: Signing a liability waiver acknowledging the risks involved may be
required.

Accommodation and Meals: Accommodation arrangements, as outlined in the itinerary,
may include hotels, guesthouses, or camping facilities.In remote mountain regions few of
the facilities should be compromised.

Meals: Meal inclusions will be specified in the itinerary.Breakfasts are complimentary but
other meals shall be mentioned in the itinerary. Clients having other diet issues, Vegan or
vegetarian should inform the company.

Visa and Passport Requirements Visa: Obtaining necessary visas for travel to Pakistan is
the traveller’s responsibility, although Travel Routes Pakistan can provide an invitation
letter.Business visa holders should inform the company about their visa status.

Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for a specified period beyond trip dates.

Health and Fitness Physical Fitness: Tours in Pakistan specially in harsh weathers like
summers in the cities & winters in the mountains required a certain level of physical
fitness.Any major illness to the client should be informed.

Health Requirements: Proof of vaccinations or medical clearance may be required.

Behaviour and Conduct Respect for Local Culture: Travellers are expected to respect
local customs, traditions, and laws. Specially while visiting Mosques, Temples or the
Pushtun or tribal regions the clients must follow the do, s & Do, nts of that region.

Group Conduct: Adherence to group guidelines and schedules may be mandatory.
